ENGLISH 


5th & 6th class only –  Read ‘Goodnight Mister Tom’ – chapter 4 is on my teacher’s page & complete the 10 comprehension questions on the chapter. You can email your answers to me at tlarke@stpatricksnstrim.com

  • Spellwell - Unit 29 activities & spelling test on Friday (you could put the words into sentences to show their meaning)
  • www.readtheory.org/auth/login - Your usernames & passwords are in the page 'Readtheory' in my classroom section. Try & do one activity per day.

Maths

  • Maths Time  - Complete Week 29 activities plus 'challenges' on Friday
  • Revision of tables daily - this week revise/reinforce 3,6 & 9 times/division tables – revise them on Splashmaths  
  • 'Splash Maths' see log on details on previous post (your 4 assignments for this week are in your own sections)
  • 6th class have recently signed up to 'The Maths Factor with Carol Vorderman' - it's usually £2 per week but it's currently free. It's a superb online maths tutor & once you register it will assign you to a module according to your age. The link is here:  https://www.themathsfactor.com/ 


Gaeilge  - 

 Record/Watch ‘Cúla 4 ar scoil’ – Tá sé ar siúl ag a deich a chlog gach maidin ar TG4 (It’s on TG4 every morning @ 10 a.m.)
